I bought my first house through Mortgage and Property 18 years ago and when it came to selling it I contacted Kate again. I hadn't sold before so I had no idea what to expect. Kate was fantastic at keeping me right with all the documentation that I required so that when I finally sold I had everything ready. Both Kate and James took care of all viewings for me so that I didn't have to keep travelling up to the house. They were easy to contact if I had any queries and kept me fully updated throughout the process. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again!!

I happened across Mortgage Property in Coleraine after a very poor experience with another prominent letting company in the town. I can happily recommend their services to anyone. Tenants are properly vetted, my property is regularly inspected, they are happy to organise repairs, tree and lawn cutting, painting, boiler service etc via their broad network of contractors, all of whom have been easy to pay and delivered quality work. On top of exemplary management of my property they also transfer rental income to me promptly each month. Often it is the people in a company who make the difference, and that is the case with Mortgage Property where Lucy and Margaret have done a fantastic job looking after my tenants and my property for years now, despite never having met me face to face and only hearing from me once in a while - that’s real service.
